Our Aims
The Aims of the Lord Byng Symphony Orchestra are:
- To provide students the opportunity to perform original symphonic repertoire.
- To give our top students the chance to perform as soloists with an orchestra.
- To inspire younger players and promote musical excellence in all schools.
- To create an opportunity for the community to attend orchestra concerts at a low price.
- To form a stronger connection with elementary schools in Vancouver through outreach concerts and clinics.
